Bahiana is featured in the 17th Congress ABRH Bahia

the art of being Bahiana, one of the best institutions to work for in Brazil and the best in Bahia, was the experience report presented by the manager of the Strategic Management of People and Learning (GEPAP), Telma Bastos, at the 17th ABRH Bahia Congress, held on the 9th and 10th of November, at the Gran Hotel Stella Maris Urban Resort & Conventions, Salvador - BA.

In her speech, Telma Bastos highlighted that the changes that occurred in people management at Bahiana pass through the institutional values: to serve; learn and teach; undertake and communicate. According to her, all the programs performed today in the Bahiana undergo a detailed listening process. "THE Bahiana embraces people's lives and sensibilities," said the manager.

During the two days of the congress, the Bahiana marked its presence with Sala Saúde 360°, where visitors and lecturers were offered various services that are already part of the institution's reality, such as the financial check-up; care for physical and mental health, in addition to integrative and complementary health practices.
