A few meters from the Campus Brotas, the General Coordinator is located in a central neighborhood of the city. The building houses the institution's Rectory, as well as our Management and Quality Center (NGQ) and our Planning Advisory Board (ASPLAN).&nbsp; In the Coordination's gardens, there is a bronze statue of the late Professor Humberto de Castro Lima, former general coordinator of the FBDC. It is an environment surrounded by nature and historical landmarks of our academic community. Here, our students can contact the Institutional Academic Relationship and Internationalization Center (REAI) and the Research Ethics Committee (CEP). The General Coordination also includes the Distance Learning Nucleus (NEAD), the Educational Technologies Development Center (CEDETE), the Communication and Marketing Nucleus (NUCOM), the Evaluation Committee (CPA) and the Department of Infrastructure (DEPIN).
 In this building are also located the Commercial and People Development, Administrative and Financial, Legal, Communication and Marketing, Institutional Development and Social Impact Business coordinations.

With three pavilions and a modern structure, this campus is located in a central neighborhood of the Bahian capital. Are 9 laboratories, 23 rooms of class e 2 auditoriums to provide the ideal environment for academic and social development. Also on Campus Brotas, students, teachers, employees and the external public have access to a complete library with comfortable facilities and an up-to-date collection. Surrounded by a vast green area, this campus has 20 laboratories, 37 classrooms e 3 auditoriums. The library is also open to the outside community, with comfortable spaces for reading, studying and socializing. The environment has a modern and complete infrastructure, ample parking and social center with cafeteria. The Cabula Campus is also home to the Dental Center of Bahiana, where the Teaching-Care Outpatient Clinic is located, a field of practice for the quality training of dentistry students, from the 4th semester of the course, under the supervision of professors and has ability to serve up to 120 patients simultaneously. The Dean of Extension of the Bahiana, Prof. Carolina Pedroza, represented the institution at the event that marked the creation of the Bahia Peripheries Health Forum, which took place on January 23, at the Milton Santos auditorium, at the Center for Afro-Oriental Studies at UFBA. Activists, researchers, representatives of Fiocruz Bahia, Fiocruz Rio de Janeiro and social organizations from Salvador, Metropolitan Region and other municipalities in the state also participated in the ceremony. The purpose of the forum is to propose public policies aimed at the health of the population living in the periphery, in addition to directly influencing existing policies and promoting improvements in services provided to society. "A Bahiana is part of the Health Forum of the Peripheries of Bahia representing the segment of higher education institutions. In the Forum, professors and students of the Bahiana will be able to contribute to the development of projects related to training, promotion and research in health, built in partnership with teaching, research and social control institutions participating in the Forum", explains Carolina Pedroza. According to the dean, the Bahiana, through extension actions of socio-environmental responsibility, works in partnership with different communities and social movements, in order to dialogue and develop activities that meet the health needs of these communities, together with different social actors. "In this sense, the participation of Bahiana at the Bahia Periphery Health Forum reinforces the institutional commitment to contribute to the social transformation of communities residing in the peripheries, through collective health actions, considering the expanded concept of health of the SUS", he points out. &nbsp;
