A few meters from the Campus Brotas, the General Coordinator is located in a central neighborhood of the city. The building houses the institution's Rectory, as well as our Management and Quality Center (NGQ) and our Planning Advisory Board (ASPLAN).&nbsp; In the Coordination's gardens, there is a bronze statue of the late Professor Humberto de Castro Lima, former general coordinator of the FBDC. It is an environment surrounded by nature and historical landmarks of our academic community. Here, our students can contact the Institutional Academic Relationship and Internationalization Center (REAI) and the Research Ethics Committee (CEP). The General Coordination also includes the Distance Learning Nucleus (NEAD), the Educational Technologies Development Center (CEDETE), the Communication and Marketing Nucleus (NUCOM), the Evaluation Committee (CPA) and the Department of Infrastructure (DEPIN).
 In this building are also located the Commercial and People Development, Administrative and Financial, Legal, Communication and Marketing, Institutional Development and Social Impact Business coordinations.

General Coordination

With three pavilions and a modern structure, this campus is located in a central neighborhood of the Bahian capital. Are 9 laboratories, 23 rooms of class e 2 auditoriums to provide the ideal environment for academic and social development. Also on Campus Brotas, students, teachers, employees and the external public have access to a complete library with comfortable facilities and an up-to-date collection. Surrounded by a vast green area, this campus has 20 laboratories, 37 classrooms e 3 auditoriums. The library is also open to the outside community, with comfortable spaces for reading, studying and socializing. The environment has a modern and complete infrastructure, ample parking and social center with cafeteria. The Cabula Campus is also home to the Dental Center of Bahiana, where the Teaching-Care Outpatient Clinic is located, a field of practice for the quality training of dentistry students, from the 4th semester of the course, under the supervision of professors and has ability to serve up to 120 patients simultaneously. The start of teaching activities for the second semester of the Stricto Sensu postgraduate courses at Bahiana featured a special program, held on August 4, at Campus Cabula. The event opened with a performance by Coral Canta Bahiana and a table composed by the dean of Research, Innovation and Stricto Sensu Post-Graduation, Dr. Atson Fernandes, accompanied by the dean of Lato Sensu Undergraduate and Post-Graduation Teaching, Dr. Maria de Lourdes de Freitas Gomes, Agnaldo Freitas, representing the Secretary of Technology and Innovation of the State of Bahia, prof. Fernando Carvalho, representing UNEB, Thamile Accioly, executive director of the Maria Emília Foundation, and Dr. Ana Marice Ladeira, coordinator of the Master's and Doctorate Program in Medicine and Human Health. The program focused on contemporary technologies, entrepreneurship and health. The first lecture was given by Prof. Dr. Alzir Mahl from GetIN Accelerator, who explained the theme "From idea to innovation: where to start?". Afterwards, Prof. Dr. Roberto Luiz Souza Monteiro (SENAI/CIMATEC) explored the topic "AI as a mechanism for technological transformation with social impact". "It is a rich moment for postgraduate studies, because we welcome our students and professors and this is important to keep them motivated", pointed out Dr. Atson Fernandes. Students from the Master's and Doctorate courses in Medicine and Human Health were present; Professional Master in Health Technologies and Professional Master in Psychology and Health Interventions.
