A few meters from the Campus Brotas, the General Coordinator is located in a central neighborhood of the city. The building houses the institution's Rectory, as well as our Management and Quality Center (NGQ) and our Planning Advisory Board (ASPLAN).&nbsp; In the Coordination's gardens, there is a bronze statue of the late Professor Humberto de Castro Lima, former general coordinator of the FBDC. It is an environment surrounded by nature and historical landmarks of our academic community. Here, our students can contact the Institutional Academic Relationship and Internationalization Center (REAI) and the Research Ethics Committee (CEP). The General Coordination also includes the Distance Learning Nucleus (NEAD), the Educational Technologies Development Center (CEDETE), the Communication and Marketing Nucleus (NUCOM), the Evaluation Committee (CPA) and the Department of Infrastructure (DEPIN).
 In this building are also located the Commercial and People Development, Administrative and Financial, Legal, Communication and Marketing, Institutional Development and Social Impact Business coordinations.

With three pavilions and a modern structure, this campus is located in a central neighborhood of the Bahian capital. Are 9 laboratories, 23 rooms of class e 2 auditoriums to provide the ideal environment for academic and social development. Also on Campus Brotas, students, teachers, employees and the external public have access to a complete library with comfortable facilities and an up-to-date collection. Surrounded by a vast green area, this campus has 20 laboratories, 37 classrooms e 3 auditoriums. The library is also open to the outside community, with comfortable spaces for reading, studying and socializing. The environment has a modern and complete infrastructure, ample parking and social center with cafeteria. The Cabula Campus is also home to the Dental Center of Bahiana, where the Teaching-Care Outpatient Clinic is located, a field of practice for the quality training of dentistry students, from the 4th semester of the course, under the supervision of professors and has ability to serve up to 120 patients simultaneously. In 2022, the institution had reached 19th position. The award ceremony took place last Monday night (16/10), at Espaço Unimed, in São Paulo. The institution was represented by the manager of the Strategic Management of People and Learning (GEPAP), Telma Bastos. According to Bastos, the research carried out by the Great Place to Work institute has been an important instrument for adjustments and alignments of the company's organizational culture. Bahiana that is people-centered. “Growing up in the ranking, being 11th on the national stage, is the result of the consistency of our actions and policies that converge with our values ​​and purposes. This coherence generates trust and respect. Not everything within any organization flows 100%”, says the GEPAP manager. She explains that, in this environment, anything that is not good can be worked on more quickly and transformed when identified. “Having an open channel to actually deal with the deviations that arise along the way is crucial to keeping the culture aligned with our values ​​and purposes”, she confirms. According to Telma Bastos, the policies instituted by Bahiana are designed to promote development, health, well-being and psychological safety in the institution's environment. “Our employees are partners in this construction when they bring us opportunities for honest and true improvements, special needs, among other movements that enable this 'doing together'”. Among the strengths that lead to Bahiana Continuing growth at GPTW is the policy of training and training people, which makes career growth possible. “We have around 60% internal utilization of the vacancies made available by the institution. A Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública reaffirms its institutional values ​​by taking 19th place in the National Ranking of Best Company to Work for, in the Large Companies category. The award ceremony took place on the night of October 17 at a ceremony held by Época NEGÓCIOS and Great Place to Work at Espaço Unimed, in São Paulo, with the presence of 1.400 people.&nbsp; The 26th edition of the award considered the Bahiana the 19th best company to work for among 70 finalist companies in the large companies category (between 1.000 and 9.999 employees), nationwide.&nbsp; "Five years ago we were in the 72nd place and, last year, we reached the 28th place.
