A few meters from the Campus Brotas, the General Coordinator is located in a central neighborhood of the city. The building houses the institution's Rectory, as well as our Management and Quality Center (NGQ) and our Planning Advisory Board (ASPLAN).&nbsp; In the Coordination's gardens, there is a bronze statue of the late Professor Humberto de Castro Lima, former general coordinator of the FBDC. It is an environment surrounded by nature and historical landmarks of our academic community. Here, our students can contact the Institutional Academic Relationship and Internationalization Center (REAI) and the Research Ethics Committee (CEP). The General Coordination also includes the Distance Learning Nucleus (NEAD), the Educational Technologies Development Center (CEDETE), the Communication and Marketing Nucleus (NUCOM), the Evaluation Committee (CPA) and the Department of Infrastructure (DEPIN).
 In this building are also located the Commercial and People Development, Administrative and Financial, Legal, Communication and Marketing, Institutional Development and Social Impact Business coordinations.

With three pavilions and a modern structure, this campus is located in a central neighborhood of the Bahian capital. Are 9 laboratories, 23 rooms of class e 2 auditoriums to provide the ideal environment for academic and social development. Also on Campus Brotas, students, teachers, employees and the external public have access to a complete library with comfortable facilities and an up-to-date collection. Surrounded by a vast green area, this campus has 20 laboratories, 37 classrooms e 3 auditoriums. The library is also open to the outside community, with comfortable spaces for reading, studying and socializing. The environment has a modern and complete infrastructure, ample parking and social center with cafeteria. The Cabula Campus is also home to the Dental Center of Bahiana, where the Teaching-Care Outpatient Clinic is located, a field of practice for the quality training of dentistry students, from the 4th semester of the course, under the supervision of professors and has ability to serve up to 120 patients simultaneously. "The present and the future of training in psychology: confronting precariousness in education, work and health" was the theme of the XIII National Meeting of the Brazilian Association of Psychology Education, which took place, virtually, from 16 to 18 September , in which the Bahiana she was represented by the coordinator of the Psychology course, prof. Sylvia Barreto, and by professors Ana Aparecida Martinelli Braga and Myla Arouca and Rosenir Alcântara. The event promoted the exchange of experiences regarding training in Psychology within the context of the pandemic. Professor Sylvia Barreto represented the Bahiana at the Course Coordinators Forum, and professor Ana Aparecida Martinelli Braga and Rosenir Alcântara participated in the Internship Advisors and Supervisors Forum, in which she was able to participate by exchanging pedagogical experiences developed at the institution. On the occasion, teacher Myla Arouca presented the experience “Inventivities in the school service (Psychology Clinic), in the pandemic context – a collective experience”. “We also talk a little about our trajectory and our challenges to reinvent digital psychology practices. It was a rich space for exchange and sharing, showing how our course is maintained with an ethical commitment and high quality, when we think about training in Psychology”, says Prof. Sylvia Barreto.

Bahiana participates in the XIII National Meeting of the Brazilian Association for the Teaching of Psychology

A whole day of lectures, exchanges of experiences and even a book launch. That is how the VI Forum on Physical Activity, Health Promotion and Quality of Life was held, held by the Physical Education course at Bahiana, which took place on September 25, with live broadcast on the institution's official YouTube channel. The event was coordinated by Professor Ciro Oliveira Queiroz. The Forum had, as a satellite event, the <a style="color: #007bff; text-decoration: underline;" href="https://en.bahiana.edu.br/noticia/38045/bahiana-realiza-i-encontro-de-egressos-do-curso-de-educacao-fisica/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">I Meeting of Physical Education Graduates</a>. The program included the talk show “The career challenges of Paralympic athletes”, with the participation of Verônica Almeida (swimming – bronze medal in Beijing 2008) and Renê Campos Pereira (rowing – bronze medal in Tokyo 2020), supported para-athlete for the Bahiana. On the occasion, the guests spoke about their sporting achievements and the difficulties faced by parathletes from Bahia. At this time, Renê highlighted the support of the Bahiana as the only one in the state received for the Tokyo 2020 campaign. The event also included the launch of the second volume of the book "Physical Education of the Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública – Undergraduate Scientific Research Practice”, with scientific articles produced by professors and students of the course.

VI Forum on Physical Activity, Health Promotion and Quality of Life brought an exchange of experiences with guest speakers

"We understand that the institutional bond with our students and former students is not broken. They will always be Bahiana". It was with these words that Professor Clarcson Plácido started the I Meeting of Graduates of the Physical Education course at Bahiana, which took place virtually on the night of September 24, with the participation of former students, students and teachers, such as the coordinator of People Development, Prof. Luiza Ribeiro, and the teachers of the Physical Education course Ciro Oliveira Queiroz, Lélia Lessa Teixeira Pinto and Paulo Rodrigo Aristides. The Meeting was part of the <a style="color: #007bff; text-decoration: underline;" href="https://en.bahiana.edu.br/noticia/38046/vi-forum-de-atividade-fisica-promocao-da-saude-e-qualidade-de-vida-trouxe-troca-de-experiencias-com-palestrantes-convidados/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">VI Forum on Physical Activity, Health Promotion and Quality of Life</a>, carried out virtually, on September 25, with live broadcast, on the channel of Bahiana on Youtube. In his speech, Clarcson Plácido, who coordinates the undergraduate course at Bahiana, also honored the patron of Education in Brazil, Professor Paulo Freire. The evening revolved around the performance of physical education professionals, starting with a speech by Professor Antônio Carlos Pereira Arruda, who addressed the profile of the contemporary professional.&nbsp; Technological innovations linked to the profession were the responsibility of the second guest speaker, Professor André Luiz Amaral Rodrigues de Almeida. And, at the end of the meeting, Professor Rodrigo Moutinho discussed digital marketing as a tool for attracting students.&nbsp;
