Bahiana, in order to get acquainted and begin to experience the institution".

Meet the group of professionals and teachers of the Bahiana it was important to the freshman of Medicine, Ícaro Lessa, 19 years old. He says that he had never thought about becoming a doctor, but that the experience of the Formative Selection Process (Prosef) served to clarify doubts. “I found Prosef very interesting because of the experience that allowed us to get to know the institution, before entering it. Today (at the reception) we were able to meet the teachers, coordinators and pedagogues who will accompany us. So, this approach that the Bahiana offers before starting the course is really very good”.

Ícaro's opinion is shared by the new student of the Biomedicine course, Brenda Borges, 18 years old. “I thought the meeting today was excellent, because not just any university does this kind of thing. This makes you already know your classmates who will be your future co-workers. Prosef's experience was also very interesting, as it really motivated me to study Biomedicine, it opened my mind. Today I'm determined!”, she says.

Alongside Brenda, his youngest colleague, Camila Evelin, also 18 years old. They met during the Prosef experience and, at the freshmen reception, began to strengthen ties. “The experience is important because you meet new people, create a taste for the course, in addition to being an activity that humanizes the entrance exam for which we have been preparing for three years and is, in itself, such a tense thing. And when we got here, we got this wonderful reception”, declares Camila, showing great expectations regarding the Biomedicine course.
