Monday to Friday from 8am to 18pm and Saturday from 8am to 12pm

 

 

 

 

 

Documents required for the implementation of the nominated fellow:

 

 

·         School transcript signed by the institution;

 

·         Proof of the student's link with the Research Group in the CNPq Directory of Research Groups (DGP) updated (maximum of 90 days);

 

·         Online form FAPESB Scholarship Program, specific to the IC_COTAS modality, printed and with the original signatures of the selected scholarship holder and advisor - http://form.fapesb.ba.gov.br/bolsa_fc/login.wsp?x.c_m=fe78323277e2e1d3;

 

·         Copy of the scholarship holder's identity document;

 

·         Copy of the scholarship holder's CPF; 

 

·         2014 scholarship holder's proof of enrollment;

 

·         Copy of the scholarship holder's curriculum (updated), printed directly from the Platform Lattes;

 

·         Copy of the advisor's curriculum (updated), printed directly from the Platform Lattes;

 

Statement by the scholarship holder stating that he does not have, nor will have an employment relationship during the period of the scholarship and that he is not and will not be benefited by another scholarship of any nature, internship or similar, during the term of the same, with the exception of FIES/FGDUC, so as it will not accumulate this Scientific Initiation with any other Scientific Initiation or Monitoring activity, even without a scholarship.

 

·         Copy of the bank account statement (Banco do Brasil), in the name of the scholarship holder, containing the branch and account numbers (current), including the respective verification digits.
