Specialization in Dentistry offers vacancies

Applications are now open for the Basic Specialization Course in Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry of the Post-Graduate, Research and Extension Program at Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública. The course is intended for undergraduate dental students and dentists. Applications can be made until February 13, 2014, at the Postgraduate Departments, at the Academic Units Brotas and Kabula.

The program, which has a workload of 40 hours, aims to train participants to perform basic aesthetic and restorative actions, within integrated plans that result in the restoration of form, function and dental aesthetics. Academics will also learn about the codes of ethics that govern dental practice; they will develop their capacity to offer concrete alternatives to respond to social demands, in addition to providing specialized services to the community.
