Bahiana receives applications for Advanced Level Course in Dentistry

Dental students and professionals who have attended the basic module of the improvement course in Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry and who wish to deepen their knowledge in the area, can enroll in the advanced specialization course being offered by the Postgraduate Program at Bahiana.

Applications can be made until the month of May 2014, at the Graduate Departments, at the Academic Units Brotas and Kabula.

The program, which has a workload of 40 hours, aims to train participants to perform basic aesthetic and restorative actions, within integrated plans that result in the restoration of form, function and dental aesthetics. Academics will also learn about the codes of ethics that govern dental practice; they will develop their capacity to offer concrete alternatives to respond to social demands, in addition to providing specialized services to the community.
