On November 7, students of the Dentistry course at Bahiana participated in an expanded meeting of the Municipal Health Council (CMS), held at the Cultural Center of the City Council of Salvador. On the occasion, students from the Collective Health II class, supervised by prof. Marcelo Dourado, followed the debate on the situation of those approved in the last public examination in the health area and the labor rights of those dismissed from the Term of Adjustment of Conduct (TAC), signed with the Public Ministry.

The visit to the CMS meeting is part of a set of practical initiatives that are developed by the Public Health components and seek to include undergraduates in the monitoring of public health policies, within the scope of the Unified Health System (SUS).
