Normative Ordinance No. 15, of July 8, 2011

Art. 23. The following constitute impediments to the maintenance of financing:

1. Failure to obtain academic performance in at least 75% (seventy-five percent) of the subjects taken by the student in the last academic term financed by Fies, except for the faculty provided for in § 1 of this article;

§ 1 Exceptionally and justifiably, during the period of use of the financing, the CPSA may authorize the continuation of the financing, for a single time, in the case of academic achievement in a percentage lower than that established in item I of this article
