SIGNATURE OF THE TERM OF GRANT OF THE MONITORS OF MEDICINE AND PHYSIOTHERAPY COURSES 2013.2

They are available at the Academic Unit Brotas (Pedagogical Supervision) the Monitoring Grant Terms* for signature in the period from 22/07 to 02/08/13.

Required documents: Xerox of the Bradesco card.


Note: Students who do not have a Bradesco account must bring a copy of the following documents: RG, CPF and proof of residence (water, electricity or telephone. It may be in the name of the father or mother).

*The course monitors Physiotherapy they must sign the award term for the first place in each monitoring and adhesion terms for the others approved.
