Check the results of the selection for scholarships BAHIANA/FAPESB 2013/2014.

Required documentation:   

Scholarship Program online form, specific for the IC QUOTAS modality, with the original signatures of the scholarship candidate and advisor;   
Copy of identity documents and CPF;   
2013 Applicant's Proof of Enrollment;   
Copy of the candidate's Lattes Curriculum (updated), printed directly from the Lattes Platform;   
Copy of the advisor's Lattes Curriculum (updated), printed directly from the Lattes Platform;  
Statement by the legal representative of the quota institution attesting to the supervisor's workload;  
Candidate's statement stating that he will not be employed during the period of the scholarship and that he is not and will not be benefited by another scholarship;    
Bank account statement from Banco do Brasil, containing branch and checking account numbers, including the respective check digits.

OBS .: As stated in the notice, the documentation must be delivered by June 10, 2012, at the Department of Graduate Studies, Research and Extension of the Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública - Academic Unit Brotas.

Copy of the candidate's Lattes Curriculum (updated), printed directly from the Lattes Platform;   
Copy of the advisor's Lattes Curriculum (updated), printed directly from the Lattes Platform;   
2013 Applicant's Proof of Enrollment;   
Candidate's statement stating that he will not be employed during the period of the scholarship and that he is not and will not be benefited by another scholarship;   
Bank account statement (Banco do Bradesco), containing branch and checking or savings account numbers, including the respective check digits.
