International Women's Day

The women who were on the morning of last Friday (8) at the Teaching-Care Outpatient Clinic of Bahiana (ADAB), in Brotas, received a special tribute on the occasion of the International Women's Day. The celebration of the date featured a lecture on breast cancer and contraceptive methods, given by the professor of Medicine at Bahiana, Nurse Maria Cristina Santana with the support of the course students.

The ADAB Nursing coordinator, Nurse Ana Paula Monteiro, also participated in the meeting and made an institutional presentation showing the services provided by the clinic. The users also enjoyed a tasty coffee-break and received, as a gift, a skin cleaning, professional makeup and, of course, flowers!
