ENROLLMENT EXTENSION - VETERANS 2013.1

Dear veteran student, for all courses, take the Download the Registration Notice 2013.1.

Conditions for enrolling

Be in compliance with the library - The student who has pending delivery of books must arrange for them to be returned to the library of the Academic Unit where the loan was made; outstanding fines may be paid in the library of any Academic Unit.

Be compliant with your semester – The student in default situation must look for the Financial Control sector, in the Academic Unit of Brotas, located at Av. D. João VI, nº 275 - Brotas, Pavilion II, 1st floor, at the Psychology Service, to resolve the pending issue and, later, carry out your WEB registration.

Have your academic situation regularized - If there are any pending issues of this nature, you should look for the Enrollment Duty at the academic secretariat of your unit for adjustments and release of the Web enrollment.

Fill in the questionnaire of the Evaluation Committee – CPA as a condition for the continuity of the Web process. Then, the application for enrollment will be made available.

Fill in the medical form - To enable correct assistance in emergency situations.

WEB enrollment

The registration of veterans of the Bahiana will be carried out exclusively on the WEB, through the Student Portal, using the specific login and password of each one.
 The student must update his/her address, e-mail and telephone number, including that of the parents.
 On the portal, the addendum to the contract for the provision of educational services will be available, which should be read carefully. If the student is of legal age, he/she can register with the agreement regarding the aforementioned term and, if he/she is a minor, through their parents or guardians.

IMPORTANT NOTES

When accessing the web enrollment page, carefully read the terms of your contractual addendum, as your agreement will be requested to allow the issuance of the ticket corresponding to the first installment of the semester. This payment by itself does not imply the consummation of the registration. This will only be carried out after proof, by the bank, of the credit corresponding to the value, when the system will allow the student to issue the registration certificate through the Sagres Portal.
