The former student of the Occupational Therapy course at Bahiana, Nathali Santana de Souza, currently coordinator of the program "Humanizing Admission to Hospital Discharge" at the Prado Valadares General Hospital, was one of the winners of the Citizen Server and Good Practices Award, promoted by the State Administration Secretariat (SAEB). The result was released this Tuesday, November 20, at a ceremony held at the Luís Eduardo Magalhães Foundation.

Aimed at promoting initiatives that produce improvements in the work environment and, therefore, positive effects on the provision of services to the community, the Good Practices Award this year granted first place, which is also entitled to R$ 10 thousand, for a job comprehensive, focused on health care, carried out in line with the National Humanization Policy (PNH).

In Jequié, the action "Humanizing Admission to Hospital Discharge" brings together 21 projects that serve both users and workers in the Psychiatry and Nursery areas of Hospital Geral Prado Valadares. The program has been mobilizing the entire team in these sectors, impacting not only on assistance, but also on management and team sense, and should be expanded to other specialties.
