Agosto das Artes expands and takes place for the first time in Cabula

On the 21st, 23rd and 24th of August, the patio of the Academic Unit Brotas was flooded with visual arts, music and a lot of integration between the students and staff of the Bahiana. Once again the AI like the arts, carried out by the Psychopedagogical Care Center of the Bahiana (NAPP) was a success given the public participation. The novelty is that on the 28th, the Cabula Academic Unit hosted the event for the first time.

Em Brotas, the program included workshops, photo exhibitions, musical performances, handicraft sales, in addition to the participation of the Coral da Bahiana. At Cabula, in addition to the exhibition of photographs and musical performances, perfumery items were also sold.

"It is an event that we have provided to create integration between students from different courses and the School's employees. It is a way of bringing art and culture to the academic environment, favoring diversity", explains the NAPP manager, Prof.ª Angelica Mendes.

Whoever lost can wait for next year. It will definitely be another success!
