The meeting was also opportune to present the advances of the Bahiana with regard to the training of students, research and extension actions. He was also able to get to know the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA) on the internet. Very impressed with the presentations, Dr. Messina guaranteed that he will take into account the requests of the Bahiana in relation to RUTE, in view of peculiar aspects of the institution, such as the fact that it is a non-profit entity, whose investments are reverted in structural improvements, which enables great results in scientific production, as well as in the health services provided to the community.
