“It was really worth participating in this Seminar. The themes are very interesting and the lecturers are well trained”, is the opinion of the Physical Education student from the Social Faculty of Bahia (FSBA), Lucas Sampaio on the I Seminar on Multiprofessional Approach to Sport. The scientific event took place last Saturday and brought together important names in the sports field, such as orthopedists, Fabio Costa and Marcos Lopes, physical educator Antônio Marcos Motta, physical trainer of Junior Cigano fighter, André Luiz Leite Piccoli, of the two-time world champion of paracanoeing, Fernando Fernandes and the founder of Projeto Elite da Lona, Bruno Machado. In the audience, students from other faculties, professors and professionals.

In addition to addressing the main opportunities for action in the sports market, the event enabled the exchange of knowledge and networking between professionals and students in Physical Education, Physiotherapy, Medicine, Nutrition, Psychology, Administration and Sociology.

The seminar was held by the Sports Program at Bahiana in partnership with Arivan Gomes, sports physiotherapist and professor at UCSAL, FTC and UNIFACS.
