University offers scholarships in Spain

Undergraduate, graduate, master's and doctoral students can apply until April 4th to compete for a three-month scholarship at the Universidad de La Rioja. The entire application and selection process will be carried out by the institution, through the website http://fundacion.unirioja.es/espanol_secciones/view/47.

In all, seven places will be offered and the selected candidate can choose between the periods of October 2012, January and April 2013. The pre-selection result will be announced on April 23, on the institution's website.

The scholarship includes accommodation in a university residence, health insurance, a complete Spanish language course and an amount equivalent to two thousand euros to cover airline tickets and extra costs. The campus of the Rioja University is located in the province of La Rioja, in the city of Logronõ, in northern Spain and 336 km from Madrid.

The initiative is a partnership between the Santander University and University of La Rioja.
