Find out about II Inova Bahiana - Meeting of Academic Secretariats

A new understanding with work. The proposal, illustrated with the lecture “Building Bridges”, presented by Prof. Carlos Linhares, on the night of Thursday, September 8, at the Cabula Academic Unit Convention Center, opened II Inova Bahiana - Meeting of Academic Secretariats of Bahiana. The meeting was held by the General Secretariat and Academic Secretariats, in partnership with the Human Resources sector, Psychopedagogical Care Center and the Psychology course, aiming to encourage the exchange of experiences, in addition to providing participating employees with the appreciation of their talents, through improvement activities.

the innovate Bahiana is a continuing education program that is concerned with keeping up with the updating of knowledge and the growth of employees at Bahiana, in order to better serve the school's community.

Irreverence, humor and interactivity marked the lecture, in which Prof. Carlos Linhares touched on points such as hierarchy, heritage, behavior and relationship with work. For this, a reflective historical retrospective with illustrative tools was used, such as an excerpt from the film Amistad, by the American director Steven Spielberg.

Graduated in Psychology and Philosophy, Prof. Carlos Linhares is also a Master in Social Sciences and a Doctor in Public Health. He is a specialist in Group Psychology from the University of Salamanca, Spain and from the Pontificia Universitá Salesiana, Italy. He is currently a professor of postgraduate courses and works as a team development consultant.

On Friday, at 9 am, Prof. Linhares coordinated the Workshop “Network that I want you to network”. The activities were aimed at employees of the academic secretariats, libraries and laboratories of the Bahiana. "This year we are working on the issues of employees in this new moment of Bahiana. We want them to realize that each one is very important in this process of transformation and innovation that the institution has been going through", declared the General Academic Secretary of the Bahiana, Prof. Vera Martins.

In the afternoon, at 14 pm, the “Written Communication Workshop” was held with the proofreader of the Bahiana, Prof. Luiza Castro and the Human Resources Analyst, Luciana Fontes. The activity was directed to the employees of the Academic Secretariats and General Coordination of the Bahiana who received a certificate for participation. The second meeting of academic secretariats and related sectors was attended by about 150 participants.
