Present and discuss your Formative Selection Process with society has been a constant action of Bahiana, since the new model was implemented in the selection of 2009.1. Innovative and pioneer throughout Brazil, it has already been discussed with high school teachers from schools in Salvador and the Metropolitan Region, with parents and students.

Last Friday, August 26th, the People Development coordinator at Bahiana, Luiza Ribeiro, presented the Formative Selection Process for students, pedagogues and curious people, during the Brazilian Congress of Careers and Opportunities, an event that took place from 24th to 26th, at the Bahia Convention Center.

According to Luiza Ribeiro, the format change took place, as the School itself had already changed its teaching methodology and had already implemented a new Political Pedagogical Project that also valued the interdisciplinarity, creativity and personality of students, aspects that were also valued in the Selection Process Formative, both during the experiences and in the applied tests that follow a thematic axis, respecting the current context.

“Our goal is to clarify this candidate selection process. Therefore, during the experience, they have contact with the daily life of the chosen profession, with the teachers and coordinators they will meet in the future, if they are approved", declares Luiza. According to Consultec's partner and technical director, Adelaide Rezende, also present at the lecture, the "experience has been so important that we have had cases of course change, after approval".
