Students from Bahiana are featured in national congress

It is with great joy that the Bahiana He shares with his community the recognition that the students of the Medicine course, Rômulo Bagano Meneses and Daniela Cardoso Machado, from the 7th semester, and Douglas Lopes Travassos from the 5th semester, all members of the Trauma League, obtained in the XIII Brazilian Congress of Trauma Leagues, held between August 16th and 20th, in Vitória - ES.

Together with the teacher at Bahiana and advisor of the League, Dr. Paulo André Jesuíno dos Santos and the general surgery resident physician at Hospital Geral Roberto Santos, former student of Bahiana, former president and founding member of Liga do Trauma, Dr. Helmut Alves Vetter, the students were highlighted in the category Free Topic: Teaching in the Trauma Area for the job Hypovolemic Shock: Proposing a Model for Peripheral Venous Access.
