Modernity and agility mark the registration of Bahiana 2011.2

Enter with the right foot. That's how most Brazilians start a new life cycle and that's how the Bahiana encouraged its new students to join the institution. With a more than special receptive, new students were welcomed for enrollment, held on July 08, 11 and 12, and marked by modernity and agility. The entire new enrollment process, including the receptive and technical innovations, was designed and managed by the Secretary General of Bahiana, Prof. Vera Martins.

“Each student waited a maximum of five minutes to deliver the documentation and receive proof of enrollment. We also placed two skaters who guided the students throughout the process,” explains Fabiana Perin, manager of Institutional Relations at Bahiana (Relati). From this semester onwards, students completed most of their enrollment online and went to the institution only to deliver their documentation and receive proof of enrollment.

In addition to a warm welcome, new students were able to learn a little more about the Bahiana, its projects, actions and services. “Enrollment, in fact, was understood as a continuation of the Training Selection Process. We understand that this is the new student's first contact with the School. It is an important moment for him to have contact with the social projects of the Bahiana, with ADAB, the communities we serve, etc.”, says Fabiana Perin.

As the achievement was great, many freshmen were accompanied by their parents and family. In the environment, new students were able to appreciate the institutional actions through photographic panels, in addition to getting to know the online services provided by the Academic Department, through totems equipped with computers. Another totem was also at the service of students so that they could get to know ISaúdeBahia, the new Ibahia.com channel, whose content is produced entirely by Bahiana.

“They were received with all affection and, in addition, we offered the institution's photographer so that the students could record this special moment, together with the mural produced by themselves, during the Formative Selection Process”, said Perin.
