External Transfer Selective Process

 Psychology, Physiotherapy, Biomedicine, Nursing and Dentistry courses.

THE SCHOOL BAHIANA OF MEDICINE AND PUBLIC HEALTH communicates to interested parties the opening of the SUBSCRIPTION protocols for SELECTIVE TRANSFER PROCESS 2011.2 (Art. 49 of Law 9.394, of 20/12/96) aimed at filling vacancies for the transfer of regular students, enrolled in HEIs authorized or recognized by the Brazilian government, to continue their studies in the respective course, according to the conditions set out below :

I - Vacancies
 
The vacancies offered will be for:

• 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th semesters of the PHYSIOTHERAPY Course; 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th semesters of the DENTISTRY course; 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th 6th, 7th and 8th semesters of the PSYCHOLOGY course; 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th semesters of the BIOMEDICINE course and 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th semesters of the NURSING course.

A Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública it will inform the number of vacancies for the respective course/semester when disclosing the list of interested parties whose applications have been admitted to the REGISTRATION stage in the Transfer Selection Process.
Transfer requests from interested parties who are submitted to the PBL methodology in the IES of origin will not be accepted.

II - Registration

DATE: June 27 to July 08, 2011
SCHEDULE: from 08:12 am to 14:17 pm and from XNUMX:XNUMX pm to XNUMX:XNUMX pm 

III - Registration Documentation
 
The request for pre-registration for transfer, to continue studies in the same course, will be accompanied by the following documents: I - copy of the authenticated identity card and declaration that the student is regularly enrolled in the HEI of origin with an indication of the nature of course; II - document evidencing the regular functioning of the course at the HEI of origin regarding authorization or recognition by the competent Brazilian authority; III - academic record, including grades of subjects referring to the semester or year just completed IV - form provided by the IES of origin containing the breakdown of curricular subjects into subjects, indicating the workload and number of credits; V - syllabus of the subjects studied, with the respective workloads and number of credits, duly authenticated by the HEI of origin.

IV - Selection

The selection for all courses will take place on 12/07/2011, from 08:12 to XNUMX:XNUMX, and the selection for the Physiotherapy and Psychology courses will be held at the Academic Unit Courses Department Brotas (Av. D. João VI, 275 - Brotas) and, for courses in Biomedicine, Nursing and Dentistry, at the Department of Courses of the Academic Unit Cabula (Av. Silveira Martins, 3386 - Cabula). 

V - Result of the Selective Process for External Transfer
 
The results will be announced on 13/07/2011, on the website of the Bahiana (www.bahiana.edu.br).

VI - Enrollment

It will be held at the Academic Unit Secretariat Brotas, on 14/15 and 07/2011, from 8 am to 12 pm and from 14 pm to 17 pm.

VII - Beginning of Classes

Classes will start on 18/07/2011, on the same date as the veterans

Special Enrollment
(Graduate Degree Holder)

Psychology, Physiotherapy, Biomedicine, Nursing and Dentistry courses.

A Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública informs holders of a full graduation course diploma that registration is open for the application to fill residual vacancies related to PSYCHOLOGY, DENTISTRY, PHYSIOTHERAPY, NURSING and BIOMEDICINE courses.

Interested persons should contact the Coordination of the respective course, at the from 27/06 to 08/07/2011, on time from 8 am to 12 pm and from 14 pm to 17 pm, at the following addresses:
a) Coordination of Psychology and Physiotherapy Courses, Av. D. João VI, 275, Brotas, Pavilion III- Academic Unit Brotas;
b) Coordination of Dentistry Courses (Outpatient Dentistry)
c) Coordination of Biomedicine and Nursing Courses (Pavilhão II), Av. Silveira Martins, 3386, Cabula - Cabula Academic Unit.

To request enrollment in the special registration, aiming to fill residual vacancies, the following documents will be essential:
a) Identity Card;
b) Full graduation course diploma, duly registered;
c) Academic transcripts, accompanied by the programs of the subjects taken.
