On April 01st, it was the time for parents and high school students and freshmen from Bahiana participate in the meeting which, this time, was broadcast in real time by Twicam from Bahiana.

In her presentation, which can be considered a “lecture-show-multimedia”, the president of Grupo Foco, one of the largest human resources companies in Brazil, showed what the profile of each generation is like, from veterans to those born before the second world war, even the young people who are now in high school, colleges and even in the job market, the famous “boys” of Generation Y.

Language, clothing, in short, different lifestyles, present in the same environment, be it home, school, work. How to improve respect, communication and, above all, relationships between these people? One of Eline's main pieces of advice: “with a lot of dialogue”.

One of the points pointed out by the speaker as determinants in the construction of what she called the mental model is technology. And talking about technology, in today's world, is talking about the internet, I-Phone, I-Pod, I-Pad, SMS, MSN, Facebook, Twitter, Orkut, Sonic, etc.
