2011 FIES Registration

BEFORE STARTING REGISTRATION:  
All students are requested to provide documentation prior to starting enrollment.
Carefully read the Normative Ordinance No. 10 of April 30, 2010;
Check the required documents through the document list.

AFTER COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION: 
Call Social Service (3276-8273) to schedule a day and time to validate your information with Social Service;
The student must appear on the scheduled day and time with documentation - original and photocopied - to prove the information on the registration form;
Students who do not show up at the scheduled time and day for delivery of documents will have their registration cancelled.

 
DEADLINE TO APPLY FOR FIES: 
The student can apply for financing (Fies) at any time of the year. 

 
AVAILABLE DATES, ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE, FOR RECEIPT OF DOCUMENTS: 
February 22, 23 and 28 (See Normative Ordinance No. 1 of January 14, 2011)

 

ABUTMENTS: 
(Show paid receipt / any month of 2011)

Financing contracts entered into prior to the publication of the Law No. 12.202, of January 14, 2010, will be carried out between February 22 and March 1, 2011, at the Social Service, from 12:30 pm to 16:XNUMX pm; 

Students who had funding granted in 2010 must wait for the date to be published. 
 
Students transferred from other HEIs must go to the Social Service, from February 22 to March 1, 2011, from 13:16 pm to XNUMX:XNUMX pm and present proof of enrollment and Fies Transfer Request.
