Donation to the Santo Antônio de Padua shelter

O Santo Antônio de Padua shelter was the main beneficiary of the social campaigns for the collection of food and utensils carried out by the Bahiana, in 2010. The delivery was made in December by the vice-coordinator of Postgraduate Studies, Research and Extension, Ana Carolina Garcia and by the professor of the Nursing course, Juliana Amaral, who represented the School.

Donations were made by students and participants in educational activities I Journey on the Dimensions of Aging, Symposium on Gynecology and the mini courses and workshops of the X Scientific and Cultural Exhibition of Bahiana. Geriatric diapers, packages of powdered milk, rice, pasta, beans, sugar, wheat flour and cornmeal were collected.
