The atmosphere of union and relaxation marked the end of the Hearts Interdisciplinary Monitoring Program Bahiana, which took place last week, in the School's coordinator's garden. The meeting was attended by monitors, coordinators and professors of the courses, and was coordinated by Prof. Luiza Ribeiro, coordinator of People Development, from Bahiana.

On the occasion, the participants were honored with a video that recorded the activities developed throughout this year. In addition, they were able to reflect on the performance and results achieved.

During 2010, the program visited and received visits from several private schools, participated in the 10th edition of the Scientific and Cultural Exhibition and in community health fairs, such as the 11th Health and Citizenship Fair of the Baptist Church da Graça, which took place in August, at the Batista Clériston Andrade Community Center.

The Hearts of Bahiana it is configured as an interdisciplinary and intercourse activity in which students, student-monitors, teachers and coordinators of the School's various courses participate, with the aim of creating a communication channel between the institution, high school students and society. The idea is to spread information about undergraduate courses and about the humanistic training adopted by the institution, in addition to promoting health, with supervised care. The program also offers professional guidance, as it presents, through practical demonstrations, the daily life of healthcare professionals.
