External Transfer Selective Process

 Psychology, Physiotherapy, Biomedicine, Nursing and Dentistry courses.

THE SCHOOL BAHIANA OF MEDICINE AND PUBLIC HEALTH communicates to interested parties the opening of the REGISTRATION for the SELECTIVE TRANSFER PROCESS 2011.1 (Art. 49 of Law 9.394, of 20/12/96) aimed at filling vacancies for the transfer of regular students, enrolled in HEIs authorized or recognized by the Brazilian government, to continue their studies in the respective course, according to the conditions set out below :

I - VACATIONS
 
The vacancies offered will be for:

• 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th semesters of the PHYSIOTHERAPY;
• 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th semesters of the DENTISTRY;
• 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th 6th, 7th and 8th semesters of the PSYCHOLOGY;
• 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th semesters of the BIOMEDICINE;
• 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th semesters of the NURSING.

 
A Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública will inform the number of vacancies for the respective course/semester/year when disclosing the list of interested parties whose applications have been admitted to the REGISTRATION stage in the Transfer Selection Process.
Transfer requests from interested parties who are submitted to the PBL methodology in the IES of origin will not be accepted.

II - REGISTRATION
 
LOCAL: GENERAL COORDINATION - Av. D. João VI, 274, Brotas - General Coordination
DATE: January 13th and 14th, 2011
SCHEDULE: from 08:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 14:00 pm to 17:00 pm

III - DOCUMENTATION FOR REGISTRATION
 
The application for enrollment to transfer, to continue studies in the same course, will be accompanied by the following documents:

a) copy of the authenticated identity card and declaration that the student is regularly enrolled in the IES of origin, indicating the nature of the course;

b) document evidencing the regular functioning of the course at the HEI of origin regarding authorization or recognition by the competent Brazilian authority;

c) academic record, including the grades of the subjects referring to the semester or year just completed;

c) form provided by the IES of origin containing the breakdown of curricular subjects into subjects, indicating the workload and number of credits;

e) syllabuses of the subjects studied, with the respective course loads and number of credits, duly authenticated by the HEI of origin.

f) Proof of regularity with ENADE.

IV - SELECTION

Selection for all courses will take place on the day 18/01/2011, from 08 am to 12 pm, being that:

a) for the Courses of Physiotherapy and Psychology will be held at Academic Unit Brotas (Av. D. João VI, 275 - Brotas);

b) for the Courses of Biomedicine, Nursing and Dentistry will be held at Cabula Academic Unit (Av. Silveira Martins, 3386 - Cabula).  

V - RESULT OF THE SELECTION PROCESS FOR EXTERNAL TRANSFER
 
The results will be released on the day 19/01/2011, on the Bahiana (www.bahiana.edu.br).

VI - ENROLLMENT

It will be held at Academic Unit Secretary Brotas, in day 20/01/2011.

VII - START OF CLASS

Classes will start on the day 31/01/2011, on the same date as the veterans

(Graduate Degree Holder)

Psychology, Physiotherapy, Biomedicine, Nursing and Dentistry courses.

A Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública informs holders of a full graduation course diploma that registration is open for the application to fill residual vacancies related to the PSYCHOLOGY, DENTISTRY, PHYSIOTHERAPY, NURSING and BIOMEDICINE Courses.

Interested people should 13th and 14th of January, on time from 08 am to 12 pm and from 14 pm to 17 pm, go to the Coordination of the respective course, at the following addresses:

a) Coordination of Psychology and Physiotherapy Courses (Hall III), Av. D. João VI, 275, Brotas - Academic Unit Brotas;

b) Coordination of Dentistry Courses (Outpatient Dentistry), Av. Silveira Martins, 3386, Cabula - Cabula Academic Unit.

c) Coordination of the Biomedicine and Nursing Courses (Pavilion II), Av. Silveira Martins, 3386, Cabula - Cabula Academic Unit.

To request enrollment in the special registration, aiming to fill residual vacancies, the following documents are essential:

a) Identity Card;

b) Full Graduation Course Diploma, duly registered;

c) Academic Transcripts, accompanied by the programs of the subjects taken.
