Technologist Course in Health Informatics receives registration for the selection process until October 5th

A Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública receives, until the 5th of October, registrations for the selection process of the course in Health Informatics Technologist. In order to elucidate what he does, where he works and what the health informat's work is, the Distance Learning Nucleus of Bahiana (NEAD) held, last Monday night (September 28), through the Zoom platform, the web conference "Career perspectives in the field of health informatics", given by professor Renato Sabbatini.

Mediated by the NEAD coordinator, Prof. Dr. Marta Menezes, the conference was attended by an audience from several Brazilian states, interested in learning about the skills of this new career. In addition to presenting the skills that need to be developed by informata in health, such as knowledge in IT (Information Technology), in technology and in health, in his speech, Sabbatini addressed the main fields of work and how the process of formation.
At the end of the meeting, the public was able to clarify doubts about the course, its areas of expertise and how the job market is today.
