Registration is open for participation and submission of papers in the II ENEIS

The event will bring together professionals, academics and entrepreneurs to form collaborative networks.

The II National Meeting of Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Health has online registrations open until March 12, through the electronic address: www.eneis.net. After this period, interested parties will only be able to register in person, on the first day of the event. The submission of scientific papers and startups can be done until February 18th (New deadline: 06/03/2020), also on the event website. The meeting, which is open to the public, will take place from March 19 to 21, at Campus Cabula da Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública.

The initiative aims to bring together specialists, professors, researchers, students, investors and entrepreneurs for articulations aimed at the formation of collaboration networks between academia, research centers, the productive sector and government to propose partnerships in order to develop projects with potential to generate innovative products, processes and services in the health area, contributing to the innovation ecosystem of the State of Bahia.

The action will also have the “Saúde Digital Bahia” project integrated into the program. The project brings up discussions about the advancement of Information Technology and its impacts and perspectives in the health area.

ENEIS
The II ENEIS is the result of a partnership between the Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública, the University of the State of Bahia (UNEB), the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (FIOCRUZ-BA) and the National Service for Industrial Learning (SENAI-CIMATEC).

Job submissions and startups
In addition to panels and workshops, the II ENEIS program will feature presentations by entrepreneurs that need to be submitted for approval in advance. Submissions can be made in two categories:
 
- scientific work
(expanded abstracts), related to the following thematic areas: Health Entrepreneurship with Social Impact; Technologies Applied to Health; Innovation in Health Education; and Technological Prospecting in Health;

- startups (simplified summaries) who wish to present their trajectory and projects in the area of ​​health and biotechnology.

Submission rules for both categories are available at: www.eneis.net. The authors of the best scientific papers, according to the commission's criteria, will be invited to prepare a chapter to be published in the second edition of the book "Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Health: Science & Market". The members/partners of the best simplified summaries (startups), also according to the commission's criteria, may be invited to occupy a stand, free of charge, at the Technology Fair, an event that will be held during the meeting.
