Workshop promotes the 7 habits of highly effective people

The workshop is based on the best seller "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People", by Stephen R. Covery and will be performed for the first time in Salvador. Habits of effective people are considered: "Be proactive"; "Start with the goal in mind"; "Focus on what matters first"; win'"; "Seek first to understand, then to be understood"; "Create synergy" and "Tune the instrument (renew itself)".

At the individual level, the meeting aims to promote not only the increase in maturity, productivity and self-management capacity, but also the execution of the most critical activities with more focus and planning.

At the team level, the workshop aims to foster increased engagement, morale and collaboration among participants, improving communication skills and strengthening relationships.

From an organizational point of view, the initiative aims to establish a framework for developing core values ​​and creating a highly effective culture.

The workshop will have as consultant João Palmeira da Silva Júnior, member of the Board of Directors of Franklin Covey Brasil.

Graduated in administration, with a postgraduate degree in Leadership and Organizational Management and in People Management Leadership Coaching, João Palmeira da Silva Júnior is a professor of postgraduate courses at Franklin Covey Business School, at IPOG – Instituto de Postgraduate de Goiâna and of INPG – National Institute of Graduate Studies.
