The work of professors Cláudio Reynaldo Barbosa de Souza and Andrea Borges de Souza translates into a practical and up-to-date guide, with great applicability to the professional environment. In the dictionary, the reader can quickly find the meaning of the nomenclatures given to the equipment and procedures performed, both by doctors and nurses and by employees working in a hospital unit.

"The terms found in the dictionary demonstrate a thorough search of terms and procedures used in the health area, being essential for quick access to their meanings, with a direct description and without failing to address all the details necessary for their understanding", he describes in the foreword to the book David Sadigursky, Master in Orthopedics, University of São Paulo (USP), and professor of Orthopedics at the FTC and UNIFACS Faculties of Medicine. The work also has a presentation text by prof. Marcos Almeida.
