During the two days of the event, the space promoted by Bahiana had a rich schedule of lectures, games, workshops and practical activities to promote health.

The dean of the institution, prof. ª Dr. Maria Luisa Carvalho Soliani, explains that the participation of Bahiana at the event, the objective is to share the institution's experience in the development of people: "We think about the development of our students in an integral way, that is, this training is not just about technique and specific knowledge, but about the development of the subject that has soul, heart, spirit, body, thought and reason. And this we also do in relation to all the people who work at the Bahiana, our collaborators and the technical staff of teachers. We are focused on the professional and personal development of all people who work at Bahiana".

Maria Luisa explains that this development of people in Bahiana is carried out through various resources and, among them, she highlights art: "Bringing our experience to this congress is to show how it is possible to do this in a loving, joyful way, using different resources, such as art, and how this has meant that our school has achieved very high marks in the evaluations made by the MEC and certifiers, both in the academic and corporate areas. For many years, we participated in the GPTW and we are one of the 100 best companies to work for in Brazil" .

The manager of the Strategic Management of People and Learning at Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública (GEPAP), Telma Bastos, highlights that the intention of Bahiana when participating in the congress, it was necessary to give visibility to the good practices of people development: "We want to show what the Bahiana is: an institution that is focused on the development of its people, and our human resources policies show that people can be role models, our practices can inspire other institutions to do the same. And in everything we do, affection, inspiration, zeal and innovation are found.” She emphasizes that, in addition to the GEPAP team, they participated in organizing the Room Bahiana professors, students and collaborators from other centers.

Luiza Ribeiro, People Development coordinator at Bahiana, explains that the space programming was designed together with the congress coordination: "We thought about what would be the contents that could add the idea of thinking about the formation of a professional for an exponential world, which is a world that demands from people a lot of attention, a lot of care and a lot of concentration. So we called the courses that developed activities based on these themes. We had the involvement of students and teachers from the Psychology, Physiotherapy and Physical Education courses."

Endy Cayres, a Physical Education student, emphasizes the importance of participating in events such as the ABRH Congress: "I think it's important for us to be here to show Physical Education, from the point of view of health, because people think that physical education is just academia, but it is a broad course and we are trying to join other fields and change a little the view that people have of the course." Along with Rebeca Albuquerque, who is also a student, Endy developed the activity to assess the body composition of visitors to the Room Bahiana.

During the programming of the second day of the congress, several students and professionals participated in actions that covered the business games "Inclusion or Insertion: What is your Practice?" and “Challenges in Health Promotion in Organizations”; the practical activities “Care for Pain Relief with Bandage”, “Do you know your Body Composition?” and “Cognitive and Coordination Training”; in addition to the lectures “Academic Training and People Management: Two Sides of the Same Coin?”, “Integrative and Complementary Practices in Health (PICS) from Bahiana”; and the Innovation Workshop: Developing Intrapreneurs.

Edilene dos Santos, visitor to the Sala da Bahiana and HR professional, highlights that the themes were very interesting, and the space, well organized: “Since reception, the contents were well aligned”. The visitor believes that the room's logistics were one of the factors that facilitated learning.

Camila Guerra, a HR Management student at UNIJORGE, was interested in the dynamics of the business game: “It showed that we can use the game in different ways and not just for fun. It can be used to inform and educate people on a wide range of issues.” The student emphasizes the importance of practice in HR management: "the actions developed by Bahiana could be demonstrated through videos, testimonials and photos. It was very gratifying to participate”.
