II Physiotherapy Research Journey of Bahiana

Registration is now open for the II Physiotherapy Research Journey of Bahiana. The meeting will take place on October 15th and 16th, at the Convention Center of the Bahiana (Cabula Academic Unit), from 08 am to 17 pm. Enrollment continues until October 07th and can be done at the Graduate, Research and Extension Department, at the Brotas and Cabula and there is a limit of 250 places.

The program includes the realization of short courses, round tables, in addition to the presentation of works and awards. In all, four short courses will be held with teachers from Bahiana and the Federal University of Bahia. Among the themes, Evidence-based Physiotherapy, Preparation and management of research projects, Instruments for referral and publications and Fundamentals for reading articles in English.

WORK PRESENTATION
The scientific papers to be presented must be submitted in the form of an abstract containing the title of the work, name of the authors, name of the supervisor and structured abstract (introduction, objective, methodology, results and discussion; in the case of a project, the results and discussion session must be replaced by expected results) and keywords. Abstracts must have a maximum of 250 words and follow the ABNT rules. Those interested in submitting papers must register the paper together with the registration of at least one of the authors. There will be an award and honorable mention for the best works.

2. Preparation and management of research projects (Prof.Márcia Carvalho-UFBA)
3. Instrument for forwarding and publications (Prof. Abrahão Baptista – UFBA)
4. Fundamentals for reading articles in English (Prof. Mirela Mota - EBMSP)


Remarks:
1. All participants in the event are entitled to choose a course free of charge, the second course must be paid.
2. The academics of Bahiana 50% discount for participation in the event and the first course. The second course must be paid in full.
3. Each course has 25 places.
