Aware of the need to fully prepare the student for the academic marathon towards professional success, the Bahiana offers several sports and recreational modalities free of charge to promote quality of life in the institution.

The advantages of regular physical activities go well beyond aesthetics: they also improve self-esteem, act to control anxiety, increase biological immunity, encourage social interaction, reduce physical and emotional stress, ensuring, among other benefits, more energy for everyday life.
