Bahiana is represented at the University Games of Bahia
Students from the institution won medals at the sporting event.

Students from Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública represented the institution in the University Games of Bahia (JUBA), an event that took place from April 27th to May 1st, in Camaçari. Graduates of Physical Education, Physiotherapy and Nursing courses participated in the Futsal, Judo and Swimming categories.
Physical Education student Ramon de Souza Lino won three medals in swimming, two gold – in the 50-meter freestyle and 50-meter butterfly competitions – and one bronze, in the 100-meter freestyle. In futsal, the Bahiana was represented through the formation of the first permanent team of students and athletes in this sport category and in judo, the participation of the Physiotherapy student, Felipe Moreno, was transferred to the competition of the Bahia Judo Stage.
JUBA is a state event that involves the participation of students from Higher Education Institutions and brings together different types of sports for women and men.
