FIES 2010

The student can apply for financing (Fies) at any time of the year.

Students interested in participating in Fies, to use it this semester, will have to complete the REGISTRATION and CONTRACTING steps, before the end of JUNE/2010.

IMPORTANT, before starting the registration:
1. We ask that all students provide documentation because the deadline to attend to Social Service (Academic Unit Brotas) is up to 05 (five) days, counted from the day immediately following the completion of your registration;
2. Carefully read Normative Ordinance No. 10, of April 30, 2010;
3. Check the required documents via the Documents list.

To register:
http://sisfiesportal.mec.gov.br/

Inform:
1. the student's data correctly;
2. all group members;
3. the number of semesters completed correctly;
4. at gross income of all members of the group;
5. income earned from rented property, as rents received from leasing property and other assets are considered income.
6. the value of semester correctly.

After completing your registration:
1. Call the Social Service (3276-8273) to schedule the day and time to validate your information;
2. The student must appear on the scheduled day and time with documentation (original and photocopy) to prove the information on the registration form;
3. Students who do not show up at the scheduled time and day for delivery of documents will have their registration cancelled.

Days available for receiving documents:
07, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 18, 19, 21, 24, 25, 26, 28 (MAY)
The days and times for the month of June will be available at the end of May.
