In recent years, the job market for nursing in Brazil has been undergoing changes due to changes in the economic, social, political and cultural areas that influence the category. Increasingly, the search for the profession becomes a great source of discussion among professionals not only in nursing, but also in healthcare as a whole. Thus, it is currently necessary to debate this real condition and stimulate reflection among professionals, students and representatives of the class about these power relations in view of the diversity of work that is built in health and the thoughts that permeate these issues.
