I INTERNATIONAL PEDIATRIC UROLOGY MEETING OF BAHIANA CELEBRATES 2 YEARS OF CEDIMI - CHILDREN'S MICROOM DISORDERS CENTER

Urinary dysfunctions, commonly associated with urinary incontinence, are causes of significant kidney damage and are associated with worsening quality of life and psychological changes in children. It is in this sense that the Urology discipline of BAHIANA, will perform the XNUMXst International Meeting of Pediatric Urology, bringing one of the world's leading experts on the subject, the Dr Piet Hoebeke, Head of the Urology Service at the University of Ghent in Belgium. The event will be held on the campus of BAHIANA in Nazaré, on March 15 (Monday), from 19:15h to 22:00h.

Topics such as nocturnal enuresis, neurogenic bladder and voiding dysfunction will be discussed. This event also marks the commemoration of 2 years of existence of CEDIMI (Centre for Disturbances in Child Urination), which has been standing out for its assistance and research on the subject.
