BID NOTICE - UNIFIED SELECTION PROCESS FOR ENTRY INTO MULTIPROFESSIONAL RESIDENCE PROGRAMS AND IN THE PROFESSIONAL HEALTH AREA OF THE STATE OF BAHIA - SUS - 2010

THE STATE COMMISSION ON MULTIPROFESSIONAL RESIDENCE AND PROFESSIONAL HEALTH IN THE STATE OF BAHIA (CEREMAPS), in partnership with the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), Federal University of Vale do São Francisco (UNIVASF), Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública, Sociedade HÓLON, Instituto Sócrates Guanaes, Institute of Collective Health/UFBA and Irmã Dulce Social Works, announces that it will carry out the Unified Selection Process for admission to Multiprofessional Residency Programs and Professional Health Areas in the following areas: 

• Maxillofacial Surgery
• Intensive Nursing
• Pneumofunctional Physiotherapy
• Clinical Nutrition
• Clinical Psychology and Mental Health
• Public Health
• Multiprofessional Residency in Family Health and Mental Health
• Multiprofessional Residency in Maternal and Child Health
• Multiprofessional Hospital Residency in Health

These aimed at professionals who graduated from undergraduate courses in:

• Biology
• Biomedicine
• Social Sciences
• Artistic education
• PE
• Nursing
• Drugstore
• Physiotherapy
• Speech therapy
• Veterinary Medicine
• Nutrition
• Dentistry
• Psychology
• Social service
• Occupational therapy
 

1-VACATIONS:
One hundred and seventy-five (175) places will be offered in the following Programs: R1: a) Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, 07 (seven) places; b) Intensive Nursing, 32 (thirty-two) places; c) Pneumofunctional Physiotherapy with an emphasis on Intensive Care, 08 (eight) places; d) Clinical Nutrition 12 (twelve) places; e) Clinical Psychology and Mental Health: 05 (four) vacancies; f) Multiprofessional Residence in Family Health - HÓLON Society: Nursing 04 (four) vacancies, Nutrition 04 (four) vacancies, Dentistry 02 (two) vacancies, Psychology 04 (four) vacancies and Social Service 02 (two) vacancies and Physiotherapy 04 (four) vacancies; g) Multiprofessional Residence in Family Health - UNIVASF: Nursing 02 (two) vacancies, Dentistry 02 (two) vacancies, Psychology 02 (two) vacancies and Pharmacy 02 (two) vacancies; h) Multiprofessional Residency in Mental Health: Nursing 03 (three) vacancies, Psychology 03 (three) vacancies, Social Work 02 (two) vacancies, Physical Education 02 (two) vacancies, Occupational Therapy 03 (three) vacancies, Social Science 02 (two) vacancies; i) Multiprofessional Residency in Maternal and Child Health: Nursing 06 (six) vacancies; Psychology 03 (three) vacancies; Social Service 03 (three) vacancies; Physiotherapy 03 (three) places; Occupational Therapy 03 (three) vacancies; Speech Therapy 03 (three) vacancies; Pharmacy 03 (three) vacancies; Nutrition 03 (three) vacancies; j) Multiprofessional Hospital Residency in Health: Nursing 06 (six) vacancies; Pharmacy 06 (six) vacancies; Nutrition 06 (six) vacancies; Physiotherapy 04 (four) places; Psychology 04 (four) vacancies; Social Service 04 (four) vacancies: R3: a) Public Health 10 (ten) vacancies. 

2- REGISTRATION:
a) Modality: via internet, through the website www.consultc.com.br;
b) Period: from 23/01/2010 to 02/02/2010;
c) Fee amount: R$ 170,00 (one hundred and seventy reais) paid by bank slip.

3- SELECTION:
a) Knowledge Test - 28/02/2010 (Sunday), from 09:00 am to 13:00 pm and Assessment of the Memorial and Curriculum: which will be held from 31/03/10 to 04/2010/23, following the distribution and calendar to be disclosed on March 03, 2010;
b) Documents: Candidates classified in the Knowledge Test must send, through SEDEX to CAIXA POSTAL 7030, Pituba, CEP 41 810-971, Salvador/BA, from 19 to 22/03/2010, copies certified by the Notary Public of the following documents: Identity Card; Graduation Diploma or Certificate of Completion of the Course; Memorial (with personal data/education/internship experience/professional activities/community work and volunteer and university extension work, prospects for professional insertion) and Curriculum.

4 - START OF PROGRAMS:
Day 23/04/2010.
