The training will discuss, in small groups, problem situations experienced on a daily basis, such as typical accidents and incidents with sharp objects. Eliana de Paula, a public health doctor, Ana Paula Monteiro, a nurse, Luciney Coutinho, a social worker and Eduardo Paranhos, a technician in occupational safety, participate as monitors.
On February 08, the same training will be held at the Cabula Academic Unit. The program foresees new courses in the following months, in order to cover at least 90% of the institution's professionals. The members of the Work Safety and Biosafety Commission of the BAHIANA understand that conscious and protected professionals provide better assistance to students, teachers, clients and patients.
