FRESHMEN'S WEEK 2010.1 : "WE ARE ALL ONE"

BAHIANA RECEIVE NEW CLASSES WITH MANY SURPRISES! 

It is with great joy that the Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública receives its new students, approved in the Training Selection Process 2010.1 and also coming from other Higher Education Institutions. To celebrate this new stage in everyone's life, and even in the history of the institution, another edition of the Freshmen Reception, affectionately called the New from Bahiana. 

Starting at 08,30 h of the day February 05 (Friday), Cabula Academic Unit will have its doors open to receive the New from Bahiana, who will participate in a special program, an opportunity to meet again with the teachers and course coordinators of our School. Thus, freshmen will be able to learn more about the history of Bahiana, share personal experiences with their colleagues and teachers and talk about future expectations.

The meeting will be attended by the director of Bahiana, Prof. Dr. Maria Luísa Carvalho Soliani, the deputy director Dr. Ênio Ribeiro and the coordinators of the courses in Biomedicine (Prof. Geraldo Jose Argolo Ferraro), Nursing (Prof. Maria de Lourdes de Freitas Gomes), Physiotherapy (Prof. Roseny Santos Ferreira), Medicine (Prof. Marta Silva Menezes), Dentistry (Prof. Urbino da Rocha Tunis) to Psychology (Prof. Mônica Ramos Daltro).

Also present will be the coordinator of the Psychopedagogical Care Center (NAPP), Prof. Angélica Godinho Mendes de Abreu, the coordinator of People Development at Bahiana, Luiza de Oliveira Kruschewsky Ribeiro, the coordinator of Postgraduate Studies, Research and Extension, Profª. Kátia Sá, the Administrative and Financial Coordinator, Emanoel Souza, the Pedagogical Supervisors Jucinara Menezes, Luiza Cardoso. Narciso Paiva, Luzenita Marques, Lígia Villas Boas, as well as teachers, employees and veteran students.
