SPECIAL ENROLLMENT AND EXTERNAL TRANSFER

SPECIAL ENROLLMENT 

A BAHIANA communicates to graduate degree holders full that they meet registration is open for the request to fill residual vacancies related to courses in PSYCHOLOGY, DENTISTRY, PHYSIOTHERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY and BIOMEDICINE.
 
Interested people should, in the period between the days 07 the 15 July 2009, from 09 am to 17 pm (Monday to Friday), go to the Coordination of the respective course, at the following addresses:

a) Coordination of Psychology, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy courses - Av. D. João VI, 275, Brotas, Pavilion III - Academic Unit Brotas;
b) Coordination of the Dentistry (Dentistry Clinic) and Biomedicine (Pavilhão II) courses - Av. Silveira Martins, 3386, Cabula - Cabula Academic Unit.

To request enrollment in the special enrollment, aiming to fill residual vacancies, the following documents:
 
a) Identity Card;
b) Diploma of a full graduation course, duly registered;
c) Academic Transcripts, accompanied by the programs of the subjects taken.

COURSES OF OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, PSYCHOLOGY, PHYSIOTHERAPY, BIOMEDICINE, NURSING, DENTISTRY AND MEDICINE.

Transfer Selection Process - Pre-Registration 2009.2

A BAHIANA communicates to interested parties the opening of the PRE-REGISTRATION for the TRANSFER SELECTION PROCESS 2009.2 (Art. 49 of Law 9.394, of 20/12/96) aimed at filling vacancies for the transfer of regular students, enrolled in HEIs authorized or recognized by the Brazilian government, to continue their studies in the respective course, according to the conditions set out below :

I - Vacancies

The vacancies offered will be for:

• 2nd and 3rd grades of the Medicine Course.
• 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades of the Physiotherapy Course; 2nd and 3rd grades of the Occupational Therapy Course; 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th semesters of the Dentistry Course; 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th 6th, 7th and 8th semesters of the Psychology Course; 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th semesters of the Biomedicine Course and 2nd, 3rd and 4th semesters of the Nursing Course.

The Institution will inform the number of vacancies for the respective course/semester/year when disclosing the list of interested parties whose applications have been admitted to the REGISTRATION stage in the Transfer Selection Process.
Transfer requests from interested parties who are submitted to the PBL methodology in the IES of origin will not be accepted.

II - Pre-Registration

• PRE-REGISTRATION PLACE FOR THE MEDICINE COURSE: Rua Frei Henrique, 08 - Nazaré (Nazaré Academic Unit)
  TIME COURSE: June 25 to 30, 2009, from 08:30 am to 11:00 am and from 14:30 pm to 17:00 pm (business days)
   
• PRE-REGISTRATION PLACE FOR PHYSIOTHERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, DENTISTRY, PSYCHOLOGY, BIOMEDICINE AND NURSING COURSES: Av. D. João VI, 274, Brotas (General Coordination).
  TIME COURSE: July 07th to 10th, 2009, from 08:30 am to 11:00 am and from 14:30 pm to 17:00 pm (business days)
   

III - Documentation for Pre-Registration

The application for pre-registration to transfer, to continue studies in the same course, will be accompanied by the following documents: 

 I - copy of the authenticated identity card and declaration that the student is regularly enrolled in the IES of origin, indicating the nature of the course;

 II - document evidencing the regular functioning of the course at the HEI of origin as to authorization or recognition by the competent Brazilian authority; 

III - academic record, including the grades of the subjects referring to the semester or year just completed; 

IV - form provided by the IES of origin containing the breakdown of curricular subjects into subjects, indicating the workload and number of credits; 

V - syllabuses of the subjects attended, with their workloads and number of credits, duly authenticated by the HEI of origin.

IV - Pre-Registration Results

A  BAHIANA, after the period reserved for pre-enrollment, after analyzing the documentation related to the academic record, including the notes for the semester or the year just attended, will publish the list of applicants who have their applications admitted to the enrollment stage in the Process Selective.

V - Registration

A  BAHIANA will communicate to interested parties the period in which the enrollment in the Transfer Selection Process must be carried out for those who have their requests accepted in the pre-enrollment stage.
