Students from Colégio Estadual Governador Roberto Santos participate in the Bahiana for one day
Students visited the laboratories of the Cabula Academic Unit and learned about the undergraduate courses at Bahiana.

On October 18th, the program Bahiana for a Day it received high school students from Colégio Estadual Governador Roberto Santos. On the occasion, visitors took a tour of the Cabula Academic Unit and toured the school's premises, where they learned a little about the courses offered by the institution.
The visit included the presentation of the Morphofunctional Medicine laboratory carried out by the monitors of the Morphofunctional Sciences Group who showed the activities developed at the site.
The students also took a tour of the Dental Center at Bahiana guided by the administrative supervisor, Lisia Oliveira, and participated in activities of the Physiotherapy course coordinated by professor Claudia Furtado and by the Academic Leagues of Aquatic Physiotherapy (LAFA) and Baiana for the Study of Pain (Labed).
The lecture "The importance of breast self-examination in the prevention of breast cancer" was the activity carried out by the Nursing course, coordinated by Professor Rosicleide Araújo.
The program continued with a presentation of the Laboratory of Basic Sciences III by the professor of the Biomedicine course, Viviane Ferreira, focusing on the introduction to microbiology.
Finally, the students were also able to learn about the routines of the Sports Science Laboratory by the Physical Education teacher João Franco Lima.
