Thinking about teaching-service integration, the students of the Nursing course at Bahiana of the curricular component "Supervised Internship in Public Health", supervised by Prof. Mariana Nossa, in partnership with the Family Health Unit Prof. Dr. Carlos Santana - Doron, where they have been training since August this year, started a cycle of educational activities with community health agents (CHA), dealing with topics of interest to the highlighted professional category.

For this purpose, the participants were consulted on the most relevant topics to be discussed in the conversation circles. A first round with three monthly meetings was planned, the first being held on September 27 with the theme "Lupus: knowing to better promote health".

According to students Deise Mota, Erica Simões, Jessica Rodrigues, Marilda dos Anjos, Mirele Lemos and Theresa Pinheiro - students of the 8th and 9th semester of the Nursing course, conversation circles are an important factor in the integration between students and agents , in addition to providing a moment for exchanging knowledge. On that occasion, the students were able to confirm for them their importance in the daily lives of that population, as well as share knowledge and provide answers to their doubts and questions, which will have a direct impact on their behavior in the territory.

One of the attributions of the Nurses who make up Primary Care is to carry out permanent education activities with the health team. In this way, the educational activities carried out with the ACS aim at a better understanding of the themes necessary for their practice, making them increasingly integrated professionals, trained and committed to promoting health and preventing diseases and injuries in the community.
