ENROLLMENT 2009.1 - VETERANS - Via internet

A BAHIANA, communicates to the students of the Courses of Medicine, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dentistry, Psychology, Biomedicine and Nursing that enrollment will be open for the 2009.1 academic period, according to the following schedule: 

I - Enrollment Date                                                                              

MEDICINE (5th and 6th year), PHYSIOTHERAPY (5th year) and OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY (5th year) - January 5th to 7th, 2009

DENTISTRY, PSYCHOLOGY, BIOMEDICINE, NURSING (2nd to 10th semester), MEDICINE, PHYSIOTHERAPY and OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY (2nd, 3rd, 4th year) - PRORROGADO ATÉ O DIA 23/01/2009 às 18:00h

II - Form of enrollment

Within the enrollment calendar established here, the student must access the Student Portal on our website and follow the instructions therein to enroll for the 2009.1 academic period, printing the corresponding bank slip for the first installment of the annual fee, which payment will be made as follows:

• in relation to the enrollment of students in the Medicine, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Psychology courses, the payment of the first installment of the annual fee will be made at any Bradesco branch;

• Regarding the enrollment of students in the Dentistry, Biomedicine and Nursing Courses, the payment of the first installment of the annual fee will be made at any Caixa Econômica Federal branch.

III - Monthly Fees

The monthly fee for each course is published on the boards of the fields I (Nazareth), II (Brotas) and III (Cabula), with the corresponding text of the contract proposal and other information.

IV - Necessary requirements

Student enrollment will depend on:
• gives payment of school tuition for the academic period 2008 in relation to students of Medicine, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy and no previous debts, including no pending issues with the Institution's library system;
• gives discharge of the school semester for the academic period 2008.2 in relation to the students of the Dentistry, Psychology, Biomedicine and Nursing Courses and the inexistence of previous debts, including no pending issues with the Institution's library system;
• of Fill, through Student Portal on our website, from the respective application for registration and payment of the first installment for 2009.1;
• of filling out the questionnaire pertaining to the Own Evaluation Committee-CPA, in the period between the 01st and the 31st of December of the current year, through the Student Portal on our website;
• students, in the opportunity to formulate their application for enrollment, when necessary, due to legal provision, must fill in the life insurance questionnaire, whose financial charge will be the responsibility of the Institution and, subsequently, print and deliver to the Secretariat duly signed.

V - Complementary Information

The student in debt must first go to the Financial Monitoring and Control Sector, located at Av. D. João VI, 275, Academic Unit Brotas (Brotas), Pavilion III, room 105, from 09:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 14:00 pm to 17:30 pm (Monday to Friday), in order to promote its financial regularization, observing the following schedule:

• in relation to students to be enrolled in the 5th and 6th year of the Medicine Course and in the 5th year of the Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Courses, a settlement of financial and administrative pending issues will take place by December 30 of the current year;

• in relation to students of Medicine Courses (2nd, 3rd and 4th year), Physiotherapy (2nd, 3rd and 4th year), Occupational Therapy (2nd, 3rd and 4th year), Dentistry, Psychology, Biomedicine and Nursing a settlement of financial and administrative pending issues will take place until January 14, 2009.

• the non-attendance of the student on the respective date stipulated in this bulletin for the registration will imply in the characterization of the abandonment. Dial registration number (71) 2101-1949.

• students, in the opportunity to formulate their application for enrollment, when necessary, due to legal provision, must fill out the questionnaire regarding life insurance, whose financial burden will be the responsibility of the Institution and, subsequently, print and deliver it to the Secretariat duly signed in the first days of school.
