The program was directed by the organizational psychologist Sônia Regina Fernandes, who carried out a study with moments of theory and practice. According to her, to develop an individual's career guidance, personal life expectancy must never be forgotten. "What I think is extremely important is the association between career perspective and personal life. It should also be clear that there is no linear market, you can guide someone in relation to the market, observing trends, what are the interests, what are the skills, so that this individual can better enter the labor market", he comments.

The event's coordinator, Prof. Eliana Edington da Costa e Silva, the idea is that this meeting will increasingly include professionals from different areas who work in the organizational sphere. "We think that it is essential to hold meetings like this one. The subjects handle some content and exchanges. But when we do these events, we have the possibility of bringing other professionals, other experiences and we can exchange in the group , not only with the facilitators, but also among the participants."

As an example, the human resources manager, Isis Almeida, shared an experience of professional reorientation with the other participants. For her, the meeting was extremely fruitful precisely because it provided this type of exchange. "I graduated in Human Resources from Unijorge and I dream of studying Psychology at Bahiana because it is very well recognized in the market. So, being here today is a chance to get to know my future home. This meeting contributed a lot to my work, because we were able to hear the opinion of other professionals and students who are arriving now, which allows us to see, with different eyes, things that sometimes we do not see. Knowledge is always good."
