FIES Amendment - 2017.2

Bahiana brings to the academic community complete information about the amendment FIES 2017.2.


Attention:

• The student must be current with the quarterly interest installment of the FIES. Otherwise, the system will not allow the amendment to be completed;
• Check if the semester is with the correct value, as well as other information;
• If the amendment is NOT simplified and the deadline to contact the Bank is before the date of the face-to-face service, you must contact the Social Service (3276-8273) in order to inform your name, CPF and the day you will pick up the document ;
• The in-person addendum must be carried out by the student or by means of a power of attorney with notarized signature and the attorney's identity document;
• The amendment must be validated within the period informed and will be requested in alphabetical order. Therefore, if at the beginning of the validation period you do not receive the SMS for validation, please wait. Before the end of the period, the system must release confirmation of names that begin with the final letters of the alphabet;
• If the validation period in the system has expired and your contract has the status "not initiated by the CPSA", contact the Social Service to inform your name, course and CPF;
• In case of an operational problem with the system, when validating the amendment, contact FNDE (0800-616161).

Validation period in the system: August 16 to 20, 2017.
In-person Amendment (Library): August 25, 2017 (Friday).
Hours: 7:30 am to 14 pm

ACADEMIC UNIT BROTAS
Validation period in the system: August 29 to September 03, 2017.
In-person Amendment (Social Service): September 14th to 25th 2017.
Hours: 8am to 16pm
